Hannah's Bretzel Zwei

Hannah’s Bretzel Zwei is the second outlet of an organic carry-out eatery, and one of the most earth-friendly businesses in Chicago’s Loop. The owner believes that fresh, organic ingredients make for healthier, more flavorful food. This led to the use of building materials that are as organic as the food: Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) routed wall panels are made from the same ingredients as the restaurant’s specialty bread: whole grain wheat and seed. The project intends to be LEED-CI certified.
